Transitions LifeCare provides physical, emotional and spiritual care to those who are navigating end-of-life or life-changing illness. We surround patients, caregivers, and families with a circle of care that allows them to live every moment of their lives to the fullest. Our volunteers are a huge part of this and we are always looking to add to our team!

Locations: Wake, Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Harnett, Johnston, and Orange county

Volunteer Information Sessions are a time for community members to come together and learn about all the opportunities Transitions LifeCare has for volunteers. We will go over a brief overview of what the organization does and the types of volunteer needs we have to help support our patients and their families.

They are the first Wednesday of every month, the next one being Wednesday, July 7^th from 6pm-7pm on Zoom (link provided upon registering on the website)
