Thanks for considering Teaming for Technology when you want to donate computers to help bridge the digital divide. We’re anxious to meet you, refurbish your computers, and put them back into the hands of someone without technology. Our network of schools and nonprofits extends across the state of North Carolina, from the Outer Banks to Cherokee county. We’ve distributed over 25,000 refurbished computers to deserving schools and nonprofits in North Carolina. Your computers could be next if you choose to donate instead!
If you have any questions, would like to make a large computer donation (40 or more systems) or need further information about our program and process, please call (919)-463-5018, and we’ll be happy to give you any information you may need.
Please read below, and follow these easy 3 steps for a successful donation. While we love to accept almost anything, there are a few things we can’t accept, and a few tasks that make it much easier and safer to donate computers to Teaming for Technology. Take a look, and let us know if you have any questions or need help determining if you can donate your computers to our program.
Thank you for your interest in donating your computer equipment. United Way’s Teaming for Technology can almost always use your equipment, even if it has little or no value to you! What we can’t use, we responsibly recycle through an R2 certified e-cycler. We pride ourselves in our participation in responsible e-cycling, and know that our donors appreciate this as well.
