Emily joins the United Way of the Greater Triangle team as the Senior Leader of Talent. Her work will focus on the vision, strategy, development, and execution of the organization’s talent management framework and processes. Emily has a diverse background including running her own organizational and leadership development consulting company, leading a $27M retail operation and positions with several Fortune 500 corporations in various organizational development and HR strategy roles. A Durham native, Emily has served as a board member and volunteer at many local non-profits. Emily has her undergraduate degree from Howard University and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
