The house cleaning company that Clara works for has offered her additional shifts on the weekends. Clara’s neighbor has offered to watch Andy and Cassidy for free during those times, but Clara is hesitant to relinquish any more quality time with her grandkids.

With all the instability in their lives, she knows that spending more time together will help create the family dynamics that her grandchildren need now. The problem is that they also need money to cover their unexpected expenses and avoid more financial instability.

Clara asks herself: “what’s the harm in bringing the kids with me?” Andy and Cassidy now spend their weekends with their grandmother but her attention is admittedly divided between their conversations and her cleaning duties.
