Teaming for Technology

For more information about donating equipment, contact: T4T, Triangle United Way at 919-460-3979 or email us.

Equipment T4T Accepts

We require computer donations to have a Pentium 3 or AMD equivalent processor and contain a hard-drive and memory for us to be able to refurbish it.

This simple rule helps us keep costs down and run an efficient program.
We encourage only computers that meet these minimum specifications.

Please follow this link for information about who handles our recycling and what they do with it

What we will gladly accept:

  1. All LCD and CRT monitors. Please note, you may only drop off 2 CRT monitors per household unless each has an accompanying computer or you call and speak with a T4T representative regarding a larger donation.

Businesses that wish to donate more than 2 CRT monitors must call and speak directly to a T4T representative before dropping off. If you don't you may be turned away.

Because we are a charity, we urge you to do the right thing and make a $5 for each computer, printer, or monitor that does not meet minimun hardware requirements.

We use Synergy Recycling, LLC. to manage our electronics recycling needs.
