Wake County Signature Project |
Knightdale High School will host the Wake County Signature Project to create a multicultural and harmonious mural to reflect Dr. King’s message of unity. Volunteers will paint the mural and work on smaller projects within the high school. |
Durham County Signature Project |
The Durham County Signature Project, hosted by 10-Year Results Plan to End Homelessness, will provide services needed to help bridge the transition gap from homelessness to housing in one location. Volunteers will set up/clean up, assemble and distribute toiletry kits, sort canned food, assist with children’s activities, register participants and serve food. |
Orange County Signature Project |
The Orange County Signature Project is to build a 50-seat “outdoor” classroom for Partnership Alternative Academy School. Volunteers will build benches and mulch the area around the space. The classroom will be used for instruction, teambuilding activities and presentations, as well as community gatherings. |
