Three Subcommittees help the Steering Committee carry out the work of the WLC
- Engagement Subcommittee: Responsible for member retention by educating, engaging and connecting women with the key issues facing our community
- Membership Subcommittee: Responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to recruit new members for the WLC
- Annual Celebration Subcommittee: Responsible for designing and coordinating the signature annual event to recognize and celebrate the remarkable efforts of women and girls in our community
