AALI’s mission is to create awareness, increase volunteer involvement and generate resources and philanthropic support for the United Way of the Greater Triangle within the African American community. Previous committee members include those from all levels of city and county government, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, IBM, Duke University, Mechanics & Farmers Bank, SunTrust Bank, The Redwoods Group, Time Warner Cable and many more!
Professional and committed volunteer members unite together to form the AALI Steering Committee. This committee is responsible for the general oversight for AALI initiatives, goals, news and events relevant to the Triangle community.
