City of Durham
The City of Durham kicked off their Seven Stars Campaign on September 20 with a 70's Theme. Following an endorsement by Mayor William (Bill) Bell, employees heard from Shaft and new rendition of Earth, Wind and Fire's 'Shining Star.' The kickoff also included a hot dog sale, agency fair, best dressed contest and name that tune contest.
