Run/Walk for
A Healthy You and A Healthy Community!

Fitness buffs, families and caring citizens, plan now to join the fun on Sunday, Nov. 11 in Downtown Raleigh for the 24th Annual Old Reliable Run. The 5k Run/Walk starts at 1 p.m. and the 10k starts at 2 p.m. on historic Fayetteville Street.

Proceeds from the Old Reliable Run benefit the Triangle United Way and supports nearly 200 health and human service programs in Durham, Orange and Wake counties.

Kids Dash and 1 Mile Fun/Run/Walk
Bring the family to Fayetteville Street and enjoy health-related activities such as: a climbing wall, mad science experiments, moon bounce, arts & crafts stations and much more! Sign your kids up for the 100-yard Kids Dash or the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk and help them celebrate being active. Each child will receive a special first place ribbon.

10k and 5k
Race Clinics will be available to help prepare first time 10k and 5k runners and walkers. Watch your email for upcoming details. Register for the Old Reliable Run at www.oldreliablerun.com.

Your participation matters. The Old Reliable Run 10k and 5k events have raised over $270,000 for health and human services in the region since 2004.
