Emerging Leaders Program
Developing Tomorrow's Leaders
Each year, businesses take advantage of a special community-wide leadership project, Triangle United Way's Emerging Leaders Program. These selected individuals are "loaned" to Triangle United Way full-time from mid-August to mid-November and become part of our Resource Development Team.
A nationally recognized training program, Emerging Leaders learn about:
- Public Speaking
- Team Building
- Leadership
- Sales
The development program enhances and develops valuable sales and account management skills that your employees take back to your company.
Financial Sponsorship
Companies can also choose to provide financial sponsorship. Your financial investment of $7,500 enables Triangle United Way to hire a qualified individual. If you cannot lend us the expertise from your staff, this is an option worth considering.
