Campaign Leader of the Year-Wake County
Jennifer Greer, RTI International
For the past ten years, RTI International has consistently been one of Triangle United Way’s strongest supporters.
One of the keys to their success since 2004 has been Campaign Leader Jennifer Greer. During her tenure she has
helped to increase their employee giving by 22% to a company high of $257,000 in 2007. RTI’s corporate gift has
also increased from $10,000 to $45,000 in that time.
Jennifer’s dedication to Triangle United Way has been unwavering. She puts in countless hours organizing their
events, and with the critical assistance of key committee member Rebecca Switzer, ensures that every campaign
runs smoothly. She uses her skills as a Senior Communications Specialist to tailor United Way messaging to
all employees at RTI via eWay and their corporate intranet site.
Jennifer is the ideal campaign leader, meeting
every deadline and proofreading every communication sent to their 2500 employees. At their annual Leadership
Lunch, she makes sure that their employees all over the world are able to video-conference in to hear about why
United Way is important to the company.
She also works with seven different regional offices across the United States to coordinate their local activities.
Jennifer has been integral to RTI’s annual campaign, and we are thrilled that she will continue in her role again in
2008!
