Community Care Fund Performance

Pfizer Health Poultry Division
The Community Care Fund (CCF) includes only undesignated donations that will be allocated by volunteers on the Community Care Teams. We look at results for employee campaigns, corporate giving and special events. The winner is determined by the following criteria:
- Increase in CCF per capita CCF/Number of Employees in
$ 2007 vs. 2006
- Increase in CCF/Total $ CCF/Total Donations in % 2007 vs. 2006
One of the two significant benchmarks in this category was Pfizer Poultry Health Division’s “Increase in CCF per capita”, going from $ 0 per employee in 2006 to $ 46 per employee in 2007. The other significant metric shows a CCF increase of $10,506 in 2007 as compared to $ 0 the previous year. More than 72% of Pfizer’s 2007 contribution, including their 100% Corporate Matching Gift went directly to the CCF.
