Today is “Be your own donor” day and we nonprofits have been asked to do just that. So today we’re calling our own phone number, we’re making donations on our own website, we’re confirming we receive the type of receipt we need and we’re waiting on a timely thank you note.
I’m curious. If you are one of our United Way of the Greater Triangle donors – how are we doing? Is it easy to give to United Way? Do you receive the right kind of information, the correct receipt, a prompt thank you?
Would you give United Way of the Greater Triangle an “A” for your excellent donor experience, a “C” for just an average experience, or a lower grade because we failed you during your donor experience?
We WANT you to be happy with your donor experience. How are we doing and what should we improve?
